EventBookings is lagging behind competitors: profitability and customer acquisition are lagging, bounce rates are high, and organic traffic is stagnant. A fresh approach is urgently needed to revitalize the platform and regain market leadership

Suboptimal Checkout Process – creates a frustrating user experience due to too many steps, unclear pricing, and slow performance. This leads to higher cart abandonment and lower conversions. Simplifying the process would improve user satisfaction and increase successful transactions.

Complex Event Creation – Organizers are facing difficulties in setting up events due to the excessive number of steps. Simplifying the process would improve the user experience and encourage more event postings.

Event Boost Features – The lack of event-boosting features is discouraging organizers from creating events in Eventbookings, as these events struggle to reach their audiences. This hinders organizers from increasing event visibility. Introducing new features would enable users to promote their events more effectively and boost attendance.

Discover – Competitive analysis reviews competitors to find strengths and gaps. Analyzing pain points identifies user frustrations, and defining focuses on clearly stating the problem to guide solutions. Together, these steps improve user experience and product differentiation.

Design – Information Architecture organizes content for easy navigation. Wireframes/UI Design are basic layouts showing structure and functionality. Prototypes are interactive models used to test design before development.

Deliver – Documentation records design details. QA & Feedback ensures quality and gathers input. Developer Hand-off provides finalized designs to developers for implementation.
